Passionate About Inspiring Others
Having come from a country that does not recognize the right to keep and bear arms, I have embraced American culture as an American by choice.

An NRA member since 2014, and a shooter for almost 20 years, I have taught many novice shooters, as an army boot camp instructor, as well a privately and professionally. I feel passionate about exposing new shooters to the safe and responsible exercise of the 2nd amendment.

About 40% of Americans say they or someone in their household owns a gun, and 22% of individuals (about 72 million people) report owning a gun, according to surveys from Pew and Harvard and Northeastern. The U.S. has just 4% of the world’s population but about 40% of civilian-owned guns globally, according to a 2018 report from the Switzerland-based Small Arms Survey (SAS). The SAS estimates that American civilians own 393 million guns, ranking the U.S. number one in firearms per capita.

To learn gun safety and the responsible handling of firearms is important for anyone, even if you don't intend to ever own a gun yourself. There is an extremely high likelihood that you or you children will at some point enter a home (of a co-worker, friend or relative) where guns are present. We cannot always count on the fact that they are kept in a safe manner. Thus, knowing how to be safe if we or our loved ones are exposed to a firearm is more important in America than in most other places in the world.
